Sorry to worry everyone, I really am I am not in a good spot, and haven't got the foggiest idea why. Turns out some time after I made this post that my friend called me and asked me to meet him and his roomate at a bar - I went. I didn't entirely enjoy it, but I had something to eat and drink so it put me in a spot where I at least couldnt do anything stupid to hurt myself. Tomorrows another day.
