I am fairly new to this site. Less then 6 months, so I will ask the two questions this thread raises. Maybe it will help others as well.
1. What do you mean by chat? (that little chat box on the top center of the page?)
2. Where are polls listed? (daily check ins and stuff right here on bipolar threads?)
