Congrats on being open and honest about it. That had to take a lot of courage. It also must have been a weight off your shoulders.
It's always best to be hopeful that you're done and that it's behind you. But also acknowledge that you can go back to it at any time, as you know. And that's okay.
It's an easy addiction. Painfully easy to fall back into old patterns. Especially at a time of desperation.
Just always remember, that if you can stop once, you can do it again. Mainly try to find other outlets so that you do it less and less.
