yes, love that reading disclosure too.

I had told T that I was reading "Wherever You Go, THere You Are" by Jon Kabat Zinn
and he recommended that I read Pema Chodron as it was in the same vein but he liked it better.

Hmmmmm, yes that was disclosure that created a connection.

And now I love Chodron. He was right.
