There's no way she's forgotten about you.
She may be in her apartment, or delayed somewhere, but you'll see her soon. It's not your responsibility to worry about her, since she seems very competent to take care of herself.
Maybe you can prep for your next visit by doing some self-care things? Long hot bath, taking extra time on your hair, relaxing to some music, long stretches, or picking out a nice outfit?
