Just so you know, I'm a newbie through and through.

In the past I have been told by my T's that my mother was possibly a nonDx BPD. That was 15-20 years ago.

In the last month, I have been Dx BPD with PTSD. My role in the family was scapegoat. My younger sister was the golden child. My accomplishments were never as good as hers, and out shining mother or sister was unheard of.

Based on my research, and from my armchair, I would say yes, the golden child is the NP, along with the mother who I suspect, in my case, is also NP.
