I have DP and it does get better!!!! It has a lot to do with how you think. Be positive and have faith that you will work your way out of it. Yoga helped me a little cus it focuses on being mindful which is like working on your senses what you FEEL especially (physically and emotionally). Keep working on it. Look up mindfulness exercises.
