Hi Bluebird, sorry to hear that you are not doing well with the picking. I obsess over food too, but if it were not food it would be something else! I just learned that I probably have the primary obsessive type ocd, not the part that you actually do the hand washing and checking. It's just all obsessing. Awesome.
I checked my go to site for drugs and diseases, medscape for nurses and the max dose on Paxil for ocd is 60 mg. I would give you a link but I think you have to be registered on the site, it is a professional medical web site. If you would like I can get you more info. Are you thinking that you might go up on a Paxil dose? It is definitely prescribed for ocd, wish I could take it. I think it made my heart race!
