Well I'm pretty sure I have sleep apnea. I see the sleep ppl about it today. I had to take so many meds to sleep last night. At first they thought it was just part of my bipolar. But when I was hospitalized, they are saying a combination between sleep apnea and bp.

So if you have it, are the masks horribly uncomfortable?
