I was like you. I would get anxiety attacks in group settings. Though I still get anxiety in crowded places, I have been doing a lot better. For me, it came from exposing myself to uncomfortable situations. The more I did this the less anxious i became. It was not overnight though. Slow progress, but I am happy that i have been working on this as oppose to letting fear and anxiety shape my life. Good luck tomorrow.
