I wish I had some really good advice but honestly I haven't suffered from this. Have you tried speaking to a councelor or therapist about your feelings? They may be able to help you find some positive coping mechanisms to get your past your feelings of anxiety.
I do have an irrational fear of getting hurt, but after years I have found a way to keep it in the back of my mind. Im not really sure how I managed to do it. I got tired of catering to the thought that relationships end in pain and gave it a go. It's very difficult to just move forward.
