Guanacos are related to llamas. In fact, mine is half llama, but he seems to think he's all guanaco. Guanacos have a nastier temperment and sharper teeth and more acidic spit. Here's a link:

He was adorable as a baby, and a year ago the kids were able to take him for walks. I wish he could have stayed a baby. We really liked him. His baby pics are on my website
