You could have bp or some other mental illness no way to know based off your post and No one here is a Doctor and of course cant diagnose you. That said.... I will tell you that it's literally impossible for a Pdoc to give you a diagnosis if there is alcohol abuse going on. Are you going to address you alcohol use? Do you want to stop that behavior ?

I'm glad you have a Doctor appt tomorrow. Please be honest about your symptoms and alcohol use. Doctors need all the information possible to help treat you effectively.
