Vyvanse is Unmetabolized dextroamphetamine so it has to be metabolized in the liver from lisdexamfetamine which you can't get high on when snorted.

You can crush the pill to make it instant release lisdexamfetamine but it will still have to be processed in the liver.

I might try vyvanse or go to 108mg concerta so 24mg ritalin 3-4x a day. Vyvanse I don't know about the dosage.
