Yes or no? And when is it too late to text a therapist? Only text during hours you know they are at work or text after hours as well? How about at 2am? My therapist said to text whenever I want but I feel bad texting outside of business hours. How personal do you get in texts or do you keep it strictly to canceling an appointment or something General like that? It's 11pm here and not doing that well and I want to text therapist but don't know what is appropriate and what is crossing inappropriate boundaries.
