Hi,
I can't seem to get into chat (and at least one other member that I know of can't either). I am using a Windows 8.1 computer, and have tried Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Internet Explorer. I have tried clearing my cache on all three, deleting cookies, logging out and back in again, restarting my computer, disconnecting from my WIFI and then reconnecting, hooking up to my phone's mobile hotspot instead of my home WIFI and a few other things.

I'm not really sure what else to try... it was working without a problem, and then it disconnected me, and now I can't get in at all.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
