<font color="#000088"> Hey Jan.,you know I've been having similar problems with my GI tract for the last few months.We've chated a lot.But I have been able to mix together cottage cheese and apple sauce,and eat a little bit of that at a time,and it tastes really good to!Other than lately where I haven't been able to hold down even my fluids,but maybe the apple sauce might be lighter on your stomach than the bigger chunks,and if you can handle dairy,it's good with the cottage cheese,REALLY GOOD!

When it comes to the weight loss,if you're not passing out like I am. You can walk off any calories or fat you eat,walking is the best way I've learned to lose weight.I lost 197 lbs.in about 14-15 months just by walking about 3-4 miles a day,and staying on a low carb diet,while I was living in California!And I ate lots of chinese food,and chicken,I don't like fish,except for shrimp,crab,and lobster,and Calamari(fried),oh and Shark!I did cheat on my diet when I went to mexico,because I love thier Carne Asada w/Guacomole!

LOL.............But I still lost the 197 lbs...lol...lol............
