I found a book in my drawer at work that I bought years ago on abuse and it turns out it is all about DID. I read it the last couple nights and it speaks very loudly. it makes my Littles very active inside. It makes them want to talk. They've written to poems in creative corner. they really want to say how this happened to us too. They don't like talking to T about what happened. She really liked the poems but she didn't seem to think it was a good idea that I read the book. I disagree. It doesn't seem to be stressing me out and it's allowing them to speak. I think I'm going to keep reading it.
