BipolaRNurse, I tend to only get that during mixed episodes. I get noise sensitivity also. I've never really called it a hallucination or anything, idk. I've never had full blown mania only hypomania. I will tell you one thing though...once when I was seeing those I had a REAL spider crawl onto my arm. You want to talk have creeped out!
