I didn't particularly sign up to this counciling service I was just referred over from the college Counciler. And the awkward silences are killing me in the session and I get the feeling that she dosn't think I'm ready. But like I said, if I didn't go now I never will (in hopes to get better before uni) as I say, I've been told I show strong signs of BP but when I mentioned some of the stuff that I go through she seemed really shocked as like she didn't really know what to do.. I mean she probs does, but I'm extremely put off about going again. The one thing I don't understand is why my college Counciler said she couldn't aid me and though I should be refered to a phycotherapist, but after GP's not giving me the service I needed, she then just referred me to another Counciler who is just like her but external.. I just don't undetsand!
