It's been a month since I wrote that. And to be honest, it's been a very good month for me - I have shifted a lot of my focus from strength to endurance, and well, I feel great about it, I feel good physically, and I'm really happy with the progress I am making running and swimming, in form, distance, and speed.
So, I think I'm really on to something. Just keeping enough strength training in my workout routine to not lose ground.
