Oh gosh, just thinking and feeling! I think the whole week and then the morning of about what I will wear, it takes me between 3-4 hours to get ready (make sure to go for a run that day, make sure to shave legs, shower, floss, brush teeth, make sure my hair is how I want by conditioning with a special product, wear nice underwear, clothes how I want, check mirror minutely...). Looking at what I wrote, it sounds exhausting.
