I will go on with this topic.
I'm still working in my social therapy exposure the two steps I mentioned in the other thread.
Step one: ask for help. I have no problem in asking for things when I pay for them but it's hard to ask for a favour. I feel like people's time is important enough and I don't decerve they waste it for me.
Step two: interact with a group of people who are managing a conversation. In this case, I'm afraid of disturbing them.
What do you need to improve?
