I'm a Lesbian and met up with my straight friend the other day. We're not really that close and see each other once in a blue moon but became closer these past couple of months since we were both out of work. Anyhow, I was surprised that she opened up and told me some personal things about her. She said there was this man in her life that keeps appearing then disappearing from her life and was asking for my opinion on what she should do. I told her why not ask him.

Then of course, I opened up about the woman I was interested in (since she shared that part of her, I thought why not share mine). To my surprise, she turned really really red (like angry red). She stood up and she said she'll just get something to eat (we had just finished with a heavy lunch 20 mins before). She came back I proceeded with my story and she was still red. Then I asked her if she were that woman I was interested in (but she's not that girl ok?) would she go out with me, she said "yes, bec I like you". After telling my story we went out for a walk but she was still upset. While walking she said she'll be away for a week with her friends and that she'll be thinking of me (I was thinking ... why would you be thinking of me??) anyhow out of politeness I also told her I'll be thinking of her too. Then we came across a flower shop and she asked me what my fave flowers were and then she said hers were tulips. She told me just in case in 10 years if someone asks what her fave flowers were, it's tulips (again, I was wondering why would she tell me that? I don't even know her guy friends). When we parted ways she was still upset and I don't know it's the 1st time I see her that way.

It was just a weird day. That's all ...
