Yes she knows I'm gay. We met in College and were classmates. But we weren't friends til our paths crossed again 10 years after. She was my boss (but she's just a year older than me) then last year we were laid off from work. We began hanging out since we were both looking for work.

I like her as a friend only. Now I don't know if she likes me more than a friend. One thing's for sure I know she wants to be best friends or something because last year she kept insisting to spend my birthday together. But that didn't happen since I already had plans.
