shows that you do not see yourself in as positive a light as others do, at Psych Central for instance.
You count in my book. You are an important person that I want to reach out to. I am not selling my time, I give it away freely in the hope it will make a difference with one person.
When approaching a group of people it is important to listen and hear what is going on so you know how to relate to them. If you meld into the group you are not disturbing it.
Self-esteem is how we view ourselves. Maybe that could be something to bring up in your work n social therapy. Our own self esteem is the most important part of relating to others. Without it we are going to have a good time relating as equals.
