I see things out of the corner of my eye all the time. I always thought that was normal. I see figures walking by, then look up and there's no one there...Again, always thought it was normal. It's not?
The only vivid hallucination I know was definitely a hallucination happened when I was very young. I saw an alien in my laundry room while I was in my basement watching TV. It knocked on the door and waved at me. I shot up the stairs and when I saw my mom, I felt better, and only told her I got scared because I heard her making noise. I didn't tell her I saw anything.
I also used to think my house was haunted, and there was one particular chair that, if I looked at it long enough, I could see it move.
There are times when I feel like I'm being watched, or that there's something in the room with me, and there's no one around.
