im scared to take my nighttime meds because i barely ate today and i still feel nauseated. i am afriad they will make me feel extra dizzy and the ambien may induce vomiting. it has before. but i cant really eat because i feel too sick from being sick to my stomach all day.

i took them already :/
i wont get sleep without them tho :/
