i take buspar for my anxiety. it works really well. i used to hallucinate i was so anxious and it stopped that. i have some other tips, but i am not doing well at all right now so not functional enough to type them out so if you PM me so i have your name maybe i will be doing better in a day or two and can let you know. i am really sorry but it has taken quite a bit for me to type this out so you can read it.
