The manic me just keeps going too fast and borderlined adhd, I can't stay still can be productive but sometimes can't focus or remember what I was going to do do a minute ago when I planned it.
The depressed me is now im sad lonely can't sleep and can't get out of bed. I have had this often in past two months.
Balanced me I can function make jokes but have anxiety and worry what others think of me.
