Could you maybe get a roofer to come and look at your roof (really should be a few). Maybe it wont need to be replaced totally, and they will just need to make some repairs.

We have two coming Monday and one on Tuesday.

They have a roofer's statement from last year stating the roof was good for another 3 to 5 years. But they don't care.
