I understand. In the middle of my disability leave, they denied me further benefits because I couldn't make an appointment with one of their doctors - never mind that one wouldn't see me and the other couldn't be contacted and when I did make it to an office I had an attack and flipped out and had to leave before he would see me. (That last one threatened to call the police on me. Wouldn't you think he'd get it - I mean when you work with people in the mental health field, you know they're coming in because they have issues. He should have known how to deal with an attack like that.)
Anyways, I appealed and went before a judge and they ruled in my favor as I had made a best effort to get to one of their doctors. (Still had to go see an independent doctor - but finally got in and the one I saw was much more compassionate and did not prejudge me.) So keep trying.
(((hugs)))
