Boy it does make you wonder. It's so hard these days. I know I was told once that they couldn't tell in the xray if my knee was broken because my knees were "thick" (I'm overweight). I said " you mean you can't see an xray of my bones because I'm fat?" and she said yes. Long story short - got to an orthopod. two weeks later and he popped the xray up. I asked what the line was running down the middle of my knee (that I could see from 5 feet away), and he said "you've been walking on a broken bone".

Then, you get lucky and find a doctor that cares and is compassionate and is everything you would like to have. Unfortunately, it's hit or miss.

I'm sorry he had such a bad experience.
