First I want to tell you how sorry I am that you are going through everything that you have described. It's no wonder you are questioning the use of medication - I would have been on it a long time ago!

I certainly don't know how their laws operate but I can imagine being an American with a bit of language barrier can only add that much more angst to the situation.

I certainly would discuss medication with your doc if that's what you feel you need. There are medications that could help and perhaps not have sedative side effects. Not sure what is offered over there but your doc should be able to help you on this.

I will meditate some positive energy over to you.
