I have been taking it. Its not to bad, affects my tummy a little. But I dont eat with it. I cant. But I am so itchy. Sounds odd but not sure if its related. Its driving me nuts, dont have far to go. (kidding). But I cant see a rash though. Hmmm. I will keep taking it.
