I feel the best you can do for her is 'be there' listen to her, be positive, supportive, try not to criticize.
She is an individual who will find her own level in her own time.
If you push her too much she will become miserable. You sound rather status driven.
Give her space to be herself, don't pressurize her. Shes a clever girl she will be successful in her own time.
I dont know what a 'Dux' is.
