Lately i've been comparing some of the things i eat to the "normal" routines of others as well as what i used to do etc. I noticed that if i make myself eat one meal i try to make it count (health wise) so I end up eating a lot. For instance tonight i had grilled cheese, onion rings, and an ice cream dessert. I also had an ice cream cone earlier in the day...and that's it. To my stomach this feels like the ultimate binge..so much sugar..so many calories...but isn't a "binge" consitutued by an amount much larger than "normal"???? Wouldn't that amount be "normal/less than normal" in the context of the average daily diet?

Opinions...is a binge more dependent upon individual mentality or tangible quanitity? Am I just telling myself that such instances are not binges so I don't feel guilty?
