I would not have told anybody what T's name is, but because of a set of circumstances that are too boring to recount here, my closest friend does know it - though I rather doubt that he remembers it. I don't tell people that I'm in therapy; the aforementioned friend knows as do one or two other people. I told a couple of people at work when I was starting therapy, but they probably don't think I'm still at it.
