if you are pissed off easily, you do have hidden resentments that accumulate.
you need to learn to let go reacting to whatever it is in the moment,
you do not, so it accumulates and you repress it and out comes the anger.
its like boiling water with the lid on and when the pressure gets to the boiling point, it reacts and blowa its lid.
