I left a message with my Pdoc about it. I want something that will help me sleep, but doesn't "knock me out" where I miss the phone if there is an emergency, etc at work. It's not the "getting woken up" that would bother me, but the "just waking up" lol.
It is an interesting to think about. Maybe I'll ask my Pdoc when she calls me back about the sleep.
I wonder if its we are running full bore in a Manic Episode that causes it?
