I'm chewing 8mg nicotine and puffing 10mg nicotine capsules. It helps really well with the shaking of Abilify. I guess the .5mg clonazepam helps too but today I'll be on 1mg clonazepam, tomorrow on 0.5mg clonazepam and then no clonazepam.
