I have a few close friends (3) who know I'm in therapy and know the first name of my T. My dad knows how to get in touch with my T, and I trust that he would never abuse having that information. The reason I gave it to him is because I went through a very bad mixed episode a few years ago and was really pretty sick. I had to be hospitalized, and my dad asked if he could talk to my T because he was very worried. He's never called her since.
