I normally sleep 7 - 8 hours/night. For a while I only sleep an hour or two/night and then I went to the other extreme and started sleeping 8 at night and a couple hours in naps. I think I do best at 7 hours. Right now I'm getting less than that and I'm feeling crappy. I think I need to get a Seroquel increase.
