Honestly most doctors recomend light exercise or yoga for the physical pain that often is cause by Bipolar. Yoga stretching is very helpful in releasing tension we all carry around, more so than your average person.
I have constant Fibro pain, Yoga is a great help it also can help you find Physical and Mental balance. It's one of the most under used coping skill and healthy living skills.
