I was feeling very anxious today. I am not sure why but the anxiety was killing me. I dragged myself to the gym to exercise and I feel 100% better. I am writing this thread so that other can benefit from my experience. If you are not already exercising you may want to add exercise into your routine.
Be warned the hardest part of exercising is getting past the anxiety and depression and getting to the gym.
