I get the pins and needles in my arms when I have a bad panic attack--I think it may be related to breathing shallowly because I also am lightheaded when it happens. Of course, then I panic more because I feel dizzy and my arms are tingling...

Definitely can have stomach issues and a stiff neck/shoulders, too. I don't tend to have chest sensations though--mine centers more around a tightening in my throat and feeling like I'm choking.
