Make sure you actually have ADHD. Generally the people who actually have it absolutely hate taking it. Yes it definitely helps us with paying attention, but it's freakin speed why wouldn't it... If you have ADHD it calms you down. Everyone has trouble concentrating and literally anyone can get a script if they really wanted. For me, it is literally impossible to concentrate. It's like there's and eternal force pulling me out of my chair. IMO, giving someone amphetamines because they have trouble in school isn't exactly right. If you really do have ADHD then that just means you have a different way of learning, not disabled. And if you have abused the drug in the past you should not be prescribed it again. That's idiotic and no good doctor would prescribe you it.
