I dont get the endorphin rush. I asked my pdoc why I just feel ***** and low after exercise, she said not everyone gets the effect of the release of hormones, especially if I am already anxious or depressed. I still do 30 mins a day minimum (and up to 6 hours in a very physical job and horseriding when I am well enough) but it doesnt help me personally. I wish it was that simple for me
