I get pain too. Yoga certainly helps and relaxation/meditation to really relax my body and centre myself. Walking is also good and easy to start small. Adequate sleep and healthy low gi meals also can help. Maybe get some bloods done to see if there are any supplements that may help ease the pain, or if there is an actual physical reason for it. There isnt in my case but I have a referral to the physio, just havent got round to booking it yet. I have been walking and meditating more but I am a bit slack with the yoga (cant find my tape) and it has certainly lessened the pain during this episode.
