Stress can be a huge factor in fibro pain as well. The more the body tenses up from stress, the more it can flare and hurt like the dickens.

Everyone has stress in their lives. I guess it's a matter of finding the best ways for us to deal with that stress that helps to make a difference. Mindfulness and meditation/relaxation (oh, and breathing too!) can probably help the most in my thoughts. Maybe I'm wrong, but it has helped me with my pain at times.

I know there are times when we don't even realize we are stressed. That can make it difficult too.
